Pacific Precision Formulators currently manufacturers a wide array of products and maintains over 250,000 gallons of base oil/additive capacity in 23 tanks. PPF maintains the ability to produce batches from five to 13,000 gallons and provide fluids in five-gallon pails, 55-gallons drums, 320 gallon tote bins and bulk containers. Finished goods are stored in eight, 2000-gallon indoor storage tanks, as well as totes, drums and pails in our 5,000 square foot warehouse. Our laboratory is equipped to run all relevant quality control procedures as well as conduct in-field sample analysis and product characterization. PPF’s analytical capabilities include viscometrics, wet chemistry, FTIR, X-ray and spectrographic analysis.
